I was extremely please when we bought our house 2 years ago. Refinancing was not as pleasant. The process took so long, the title agency was less than considerate.....I believe that everyone was extremely busy and overworked and the quality suffered. As I said, back in 2018, I would have referred anyone I know to you guys, today I’m not so sure.

Tim and his team at Van Dyk mortgage performed beyond my expectations. From start to finish communication was excellent. Tuesday’s with Tim kept me abreast of my file status and his team was always a phone call or email away. Tim was able to help me obtain an amazing rate and term. Working with Tim Hart, VanDyk Mortgage has always been a smooth transaction. So many times I have to chase for updates on the loan process with other lenders however, Tim Hart and his team communicated very well by updating everyone involved in the real estate transaction by e-mail once a week and at least one phone call a week during the process. My Buyers, Sellers, and my office were updated each week and this makes the real estate transaction a lot easier for everyone involved.
