This was my second time working with Tim and his team. He first helped us in 2016 on a first mortgage on our current home. He has remained in contact with me over the past 4 years and has kept my up to date on options, rates, etc. Most recently he helped us refinance the same home in order to help us free up some capital. We can now afford the pool we've desperately need and want.
