We haven't applied for a mortgage in decades so we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process offered by Van Dyk mortgage. You were given your own portal with easy to follow instructions on how to provide the data needed to process your loan. They also gave you reminders on when that data was due. I recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We can not recommend Tim Hart and VanDyk Mortgage enough. Tim and his team got us to closing in 3&1/2 weeks and picked up the ball where it was dropped by the other bank that took almost 3 months! They communicated with us almost every day and helped us navigate the difficult things that the bank we started with dropped on us.
