Tim and his staff did a great job at qualifying my buyer and keeping me updated along the way. In this business communication is important. I would receive e-mail updates but also phone call updates. Being a little old fashion and having over 30 years in the business, I appreciated the e-mails but what was more important to me was the personal phone call updates. I would recommend using Tim as one of the Top lenders to refer your buyers to.
