We used Vandyk when purchasing our new home, everything went very smoothly and we were ready to close several days prior to scheduled closing date. The buyers of our former home used a major bank (Chase) and that closing was delayed a week as they could not timely complete all the paperwork. Used Vandyk twice in past 3 years and would not consider using anyone else in the future.
Tim and his team went above and beyond to make buying our new home and wonderful experience. We only had 3 weeks to close and they made it happen. Everyone involved in the transaction were very professional and at the same time very caring as well. We can definitely recommend Tim all his team!!!
