Exceptional! Sharing documents made it as easy as a "click". They worked with our realtor and Insurance company like they were part of their own team. The sellers moved the closing a few days earlier on a very short notice, but that was not a problem for Vandyke. The icing on the cake was a lower interest rate that Tim had verbally hinted, but remembered at the time of closing.
