My experience with the Tim Hart team is nothing short of amazing. I went from a soft enquiry because I didn't think I would qualify to buying my first home! It's not an easy process but Tim and his team were there with me the whole way, advising as needed. Pre-approval was super fast and once we found the house we wanted, underwriting started immediately. The sellers had no hiccups on our end and actually ended up using VanDyk Mortgage to buy their new home after seeing how well Tim does. 10/10
