When I decided to buy a new house last November, I knew I wanted to use Tim and his team at VanDyk. I worked with them in 2015 and they were phenomenal. This time was no different. The mortgage journey can be a frustrating and painful experience. Not with these fine individuals! Clear communication is their specialty, both my responsibilities and the status of the loan. NO DELAYS!!!! The Closing went on even before the contracted date and approval was minutes after the signatures were finished. I won't hesitate to ask them for help in the future!
