Most of the process was OK. Confusing sometimes and difficult to communicate as someone who works and can't talk on the phone and constantly reply to emails and phonecalls during normal work hours.

Definitely attentive and always asked if we had any questions as we got closer to the move-in date. The only thing that I would mention that Tim should incorporate with his FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS who are waiting for a home to be built is to let them know that the numbers that are given when talking about the rates are not locked in. We were told numbers at the beginning, but then saw them rise while waiting for the home to be completed.
