Tim was great to work with from the beginning. Based on the information I provided, he was able to run numbers many different ways so that we could decide on the type of financing that was best for us. He was very responsive and timely throughout the process when we requested changes. Estimated costs were very close to final costs, so there were no surprises at closing. Overall, Tim and the team assigned to us were very professional, and we will use Churchill again for our next purchase.

Tim and his assistant Kym made it such an easy process! We live a stressful life with our special needs daughter and having them there to answer our questions, keep us on track, and get it done quickly was such a relief and unexpected bonus. They were also amazingly kind when we dropped the ball and didn't get things done on our end as quickly as we could/should have. We have already recommended them to several family and friends.

Tim and his partners always kept in constant communication with me both by email and even text when there was an important step to the process to keep it moving forward. The only reason I rated the part about recommending Tim to a friend lower was not because of anything Tim did. He was great. Just in general I thought Churchill’s rate wasn’t great compared to others and it took a little longer to get the loan through then others I have worked with. Overall exp. great though!

Level of communication was top notch. Whenever I called, I got a return call or correspondence in a very timely manner. When working with the loan specialist, Kelly, I got the same service. By far better than any other loan servicer that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you!
