Tim and his partners always kept in constant communication with me both by email and even text when there was an important step to the process to keep it moving forward. The only reason I rated the part about recommending Tim to a friend lower was not because of anything Tim did. He was great. Just in general I thought Churchill’s rate wasn’t great compared to others and it took a little longer to get the loan through then others I have worked with. Overall exp. great though!

Level of communication was top notch. Whenever I called, I got a return call or correspondence in a very timely manner. When working with the loan specialist, Kelly, I got the same service. By far better than any other loan servicer that I have dealt with in the past. Thank you!

Although it was less personal the process was definitely efficient . I must admit the business models made me feel I was hooked then just moved to the next station down the line. Just being honest. But hey it’s Covid so a lot has become less personal. I will lean on Churchill for future mortgage needs ! All things considered accurate, efficient, thorough and fast. We are happy.
