Tim was great to work with from the beginning. Based on the information I provided, he was able to run numbers many different ways so that we could decide on the type of financing that was best for us. He was very responsive and timely throughout the process when we requested changes. Estimated costs were very close to final costs, so there were no surprises at closing. Overall, Tim and the team assigned to us were very professional, and we will use Churchill again for our next purchase.

Tim and his assistant Kym made it such an easy process! We live a stressful life with our special needs daughter and having them there to answer our questions, keep us on track, and get it done quickly was such a relief and unexpected bonus.
