Tim was just absolutely great! I was a first time buyer and he walked me through everything from start to finish and answered all of my questions promptly. I called and texted frequently and he always answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was explaining. He even went out of his way to let me know how I could receive down payment assistance and better rates, which I didn’t even knew I qualified for. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Firstly, Tim is a professional - dealing with him was straightforward, honest, and trustworthy.Every question was answered with documentation/facts and with haste.The entire refinance process took around a month and fit nicely into my schedule with all the e-signing of documents.No one deserves 5 starts unless they are perfect, but this guy is pretty close.

Tim Steinbrecher, of Caliber Home Loans was great. He worked very fast to get our mortgage done. he was very efficient and even called while he was on vacation. All documents were sent via email and document signing was also done on line. Very convenient. Tim also got us a great rate.

This is a first for me, and Tim knows his stuff. He explained everything. I thought I would not get approved, at the time, I was healing after a foot surgery, and had to get back to work. Tim said we could close on the loan for my house on a certain day, and I got back to work, and it happened just like Tim said. I think he went above and beyond for me to get what I needed, he delivered.

I’m a first time homebuyer and over the years I’ve spent hours on the phone with other lenders trying to get an understanding the process of buying and he was extremely thorough with everything!!!! It didn’t matter how many questions I had he was always ready to answer them and explain anything I asked. It didn’t matter how many times I called or texted him he was ALWAYS pleasant !
