Tim was extremely easy to work with during the home buying and mortgage process. He communicated in a timely and effective manner and without my prompting. That being said, if we did have a question he was awesome at answering it! He is a true professional in his field. And it's obvious that Caliber is as capable in their industry as the people they employ.
Tim was very professional and dedicated in processing my loan needs. I was impressed with his "anytime" support and quick reaction on a very compressed scheduled.
He was very knoledgable and willing to go the extra mile to get you the deal you want. Would recommend him to anyone! Any questions you may have, he knows the answer. He went as far as ensuring that my property taxes didn't change, as my home was a blood line transfer from my parents. Not to many agents that I talked to even knew that that was a thing. Again, awesome guy and very friendly.
I shopped his rate online, before the close. I was told by someone at lending tree to stop shopping, I was not going to beat the rate I had locked.
Tim was more than helpful he was thoughtful and creative in his approach to my needs tim was patient and understanding. I was out of town with my employment and could not provide info during that time. Tim and his staff managed to put all the necessary paperwork together in a short amount of time and secured approvals. Tim was diligent, professional and courteous at all times
Tim did an exceptional job on my loan. It was the easiest of all of my home loans. Everything proceeded efficiently and was completed on time. He went out of his way to get me the interest rate, closing date, and payments that I needed.
We were very happy to work with Tim. He worked quickly and even while on his vacation to get our pre-approval completed in time for us to put an offer into the house we loved. He also was very knowledgeable about the Re-cast process which allowed us to buy a new house before we sold our old house and still reduce our mortgage on the new house without fees afterwards. Highly recommend him!
