Tim was fantastic. He was timely, efficient, extremely responsible and great at gently providing reminders when I forgot to provide what he needed. He kept me informed through the process.
I went through this process with no idea what to expect as a first time home buyer. Tim was AMAZING! Handled all my questions well and looked out for me! He never once made me feel like I was a bother or annoying him with all my questions and concerns, and was never condescending when breaking down the process and what to expect. My entire purchasing experience was wonderful and I strong believe Tim is the main reason for that. I have already begun referring friends and family!
Tim was helpful in explaining the process, understanding my needs and constructing a plan that made the most sense. He communicated very clearly and was very responsive to calls, texts and emails.
