I worked with Tim over the last several months on the loan for a property we purchased. Tim and his team were EXTREMELY easy to work with, professional, courteous, and police. They have multiple people on the team which makes them easy to get ahold of and easy to work with, but you never feel like you are dealing with some big impersonal company. I cannot think of a single negative and I would reccomend them wholeheartedly.

We worked with a different lender prior to Tim, last year (2016), and it didn't workout at the end. The lack of communication from the other lender was absolutely awful. When we got a referral from our realtor, to consult with Tim, we were still a little scared - I can tell by the beginning he was doing everything he could to make our lives easier and our purchase to happen. Tim and his team were more than helpful when helping me find my first home. Super friendly and frequent updates on our loan status. With this being our first home purchase, we did not have a lot of knowledge about the whole process. Tim and his team helped explain everything in detail. I will definitely be going through Heritage Home Loans again!

Tim was reconended to us through our inlaws that also had a great expercence. This was our first home so we walked into the office not knowing anything about what loans were offered for us or how to start get the process.
