Tim did a great job. I filled out my loan app online on a Sunday and on Monday I was able to sign most of my disclosures electronically and the forms that needed an actual signature were emailed to me. Within 24 hours I had an approval for my refinance. I would highly recommend Tim

I was a first time home buyer and was traveling from Alaska to Spokane, WA. I reached out to a realtor and he recommended Tracy Windhorst for our needs. My wife and I decided to call him. He was easily able to answer all my questions and was quick to reply to emails and calls. We really wanted to close on our home quick and Tracy made it happen! He was very knowledegable in the different types of loans there were and got the best one for us and ended up saving a little over $200 a month on our mortgage. Whenever we emailed him with questions, we got a response almost immediately every time and with this being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions all the time. We are very happy and will definitely use Tracy in the future!

Tracy and his staff have been my preferred lender since 2003, because they reliably and consistently get the job done. An experienced lender in all the various types of mortgages, Tracy never gives up. If one door closes, he finds another one. I can rely on Tracy to pull it all together. No detail gets missed. He is an expert at letting me know the status of every loan. He also keeps the client informed. I hope he is available to refer clients to for as long as I am a Realtor.
