We were pleased with how easy and quickly we were able to refinance our home mortgage and get the repairs completed as a result. The rates were great and we shortened the length of the loan as well.

Tim and his team at Heritage Home Loans were very helpful and friendly during the entire home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was asking a lot of questions during the entire process. Tim, Linda and Alex were very prompt when it came to answering my questions and made sure that I understood everything and could make a confident decision. Tim did a great job. I filled out my loan app online on a Sunday and on Monday I was able to sign most of my disclosures electronically and the forms that needed an actual signature were emailed to me. Within 24 hours I had an approval for my refinance. I would highly recommend Tim
