I worked with Tim over the last several months on the loan for a property we purchased. Tim and his team were EXTREMELY easy to work with, professional, courteous, and police. They have multiple people on the team which makes them easy to get ahold of and easy to work with, but you never feel like you are dealing with some big impersonal company. We worked with a different lender prior to Tim, last year (2016), and it didn't workout at the end. The lack of communication from the other lender was absolutely awful. When we got a referral from our realtor, to consult with Tim, we were still a little scared - I can tell by the beginning he was doing everything he could to make our lives easier and our purchase to happen.
