There was a lot of miscommunication and duplication of requests by multiple people. Your team needed more internal communication to know who was handling each part so we didn’t get asked by multiple people for the same information.

Proper communication throughout the entire process! Extremely stressful process. I have purchased and sold many homes. I wasn't even informed when we had finally gotten possession of the house. I was scrambling trying to figure out correct information.

Stop the duplication (a kind word) of filling out the same forms 4 or 5 or 6 times. Stop the nitpicking. Just one example is you wanted documentation of why we were paying our water bill.

I think our file should have been at the underwriter much sooner than it got there. It was a more complicated application and you knew it was going to take about 10 not 3-4 like a conventional. I understand that the underwriters are picky, but I feel that the stress from the last minute rush could have been avoided.

The process was good however the acknowledgment thanking us for selecting TMF excluded my wife. There were 2 of us on the loan yet never any communication appreciating both our business. When spouses share the financial obligation there should inclusion on communication, notes of appreciation, and maybe even tokens of thanks.

The communication was not the best and I always had tons of questions being a first time home buyer and I feel that there was one team member was not that knowledgeable wish I could have learned more throughout the process. I was told things that never happened throughout the process as well.
