i applied for a mortgage loan at 3 different business and Tina was the only one who contacted me by phone and actually took her time to explain to me the process and held my hand during it. While the team communicated well with us throughout the process, the process itself was cumbersome and lengthy. I would have expected a comprehensive list of documents that were needed from the very start. Instead, our experience was that the underwriting team continually kept asking for additional documents. We uploaded well over 60 documents and the constant asks for additional items that went on for over two months seemed excessive. I wish there was better communication and we were told everything that was going on and when there were issues. We were left in the dark a lot of the time and because of this we stressed a lot the last few weeks of the loan.

In the future I will not allow any papers or forms to be emailed to me. I will get them in paper form only. It was too confusing because I kept getting repeat emails. I really don’t care if it takes longer.
