BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not let Titian talk you into in a drive ..etc. i paid them 33000 dollars for nothing. they say the guarantee the work, until something goes wrong and then they will ghost you or pawn you off on others. I just had my home installed less than less than three years ago and I have had to spend an additional 6000 dollars replace what the had installed or repair the work the did. The just want you money and the provide you subpar work. The were very dishonest with me.
The contractors they used cut the power to existing structures on my property, admitted they underbid, said they would fix, have done nothing and now they refuse to fix it. Titan has not corrected the issues, the contract was with Titan not the contractors!
the worst company ! since last year from my purchase my mobile is not done ! excuse and more excuse !

Buying land and mobile home can be tricky. I recommend Caleb in new Braunfels because he’s an expert in the subject. He also understands bad credit happens to good people and gets the job done. If you are anywhere near new Braunfels and want to buy land and home and your credit is kinda rough... don’t waste your time elsewhere. Visit Caleb.
I called and scheduled to meet with a sales consultant, we met right away and discussed budget and picked out a beautiful home. I had some difficulty with the sales consultant and ultimately they left the company while I was trying to pay my down payment. Once I got a call from HUNTER, the process moved really quickly! BEWARE THIS PLACE. They are great sales sharks and then there is NO customer service or satisfaction after the sale. There are dozens of issues with the way my house was installed and I have contacted them many times and have basically been ignored. Our home was delivered and installed around Christmas 2018 and you can absolutely tell that the team who set it up (which they ironically call the red carpet team— nothing red carpet about the experience) rushed through everything in our home in order to be done for the holidays.... read more
