If I could rate Titan a ZERO I would rate them lower. Do not buy a home from this dealer. My house was delivered early, to a lot that was not ready to have the house put on in. I was told the house would be ready in 7-10 days - it took 6 weeks. With A LOT of pushing from me, I finally got in. When the "red carpet specialist" came to check the house, I was given a LONG list of things that needed to be fixed. It has been 3 weeks and no one has come to fix the long list (they were supposed to be here in the week). To top it all... read more
My husband and I stopped in on Monday to look at one of the models and I was actually insulted by the salesman. He greeted me by saying something along the line as "you look like someone who doesn't like being followed by a salesman." I agreed, and stated "that I don't like it when salespeople try to 'sell' me something, that I do a better job selling an item to myself by looking over all the information and asking questions when I have them, because when I feel pushed or pressured I actually put walls of resistance up." ... read more
Bought a home about 3 yrs ago from this company. AC unit that comes with it as already stopped working. Called them just to be passed off to Alamo Transport who used their AC company and Lorraine that works there simply said she will pass on my information to the AC company. Hours have gone by and no response so I call back just for her to tell me she did contact them but refused to give me the name of AC company so that I can call. I can't believe an AC unit has already crapped out in just 3 yrs and no one will help correc... read more

The worst experience I've ever had...and still after a year of telling them to STOP calling me, they are STILL calling. I do not recommend these people to anyone.
