My husband and I purchased our home from Titan just before the new year and had Zero problems, everything went great and smoothly despite our issues we had previously with how they treated us, but we are open to giving second chances and we did and we were confident with our purchase. NOW is a different story. We have had issue after issue with our tiny home since it was delivered. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the homes are adorable. We are now first time home owners, and survived the process mainly because of Caleb! He was SO patient with us, stayed in contact, answered all of my one million questions, and helped us customize every detail of our house. We never felt rushed or pressured, and I can’t wait to see our new home!!!

Very pushy it took 2 hours before we looked at a home.we came in to keep our options open but we decided to go with oak creek homes.

Went in today two different times to possibly view homes. First visit we had to wait while there was a staff meeting. Left after waiting fifteen minutes and hearing the "F" bomb through office door. Hunter texted and apologized and told my daughter he would help her should she return. We finished our lunch and went back, only to be greeted by a real odd man who went in search of Hunter, leaving us another length of time. Very poor first impression. We will take our money elsewhere.

**UNETHICAL SNAKES**The sales manager (Kurt) found out the property address we were in negotiations with and the next day was seen at the very property and an offer was placed for $500 more than what our contract was for. Its a shame because Caleb was so helpful and didn't deserve to lose a sale.

Sales team at the New Braunfels location was great, but still doesn’t make up for the horrible house we received. Only reason why I am leaving 2 stars. We ordered our Champion built home from Titan Factory Direct, in June of 2017. Our house was delivered in August and put together. Champion Homes, the company that actually built the house sent a contractor to do the trim out in September. Worst experience of my life. They get you the home you want. But their after the sale service is very poor. They wouldn't even over night us our keys when it was delivered. We had to drive over an hour to get them on our time. Always had to drive back and forth to sign papers, all that should have been done in one or 2 trips. I would not buy from them. I wish now I would have bought from my town

We were told 8 weeks we would get our home as it was ordered. At closing table today it changed to April wich is 4 months. I am so over the run around and lies. I have tried to convince my mother not to sign the papers.....How funny my Co workers said what ever you do don't go through titan.....Not happy

I wasted my time at Titan. I would have appreciated if they would have just told me they couldn't help me, before they insulted my intelligence. After I confided with them my dilemma they seem sympatric and I thought they would try to help me and not waste my time. The salesman Hunter showed me a storage shed with no lights in it set up behind the nice homes they wanted to sell for 50K and wanted 5K down. He told me this was my only option? Don't waste my Time.
