I am just beginning to consider a small home as an option for myself and just really wanted to see some in person. No one was too pushy but just helpful in letting me see was available and the costs, etc. I would definitely recommend you guys. The houses were great...nice layouts and wonderful finishing touches. Harvey was very helpful-Great presence with info...able to answer questions but not overly pushy trying to get me to buy.
Shawn was a very pleasant, honest person who is working hard to overcome obstacles in our situation
My visit to the office in new Braunfels was great. Our sales person Nick helped so much and explain every detail on what's required to purchase a home. It was the wonderful feeling to know that he cared about what we wanted.
