Roland is awesome. He helped my friend, Kimberly and her kids with a new home!
My grandpa and uncle's home was delivered around Thanksgiving and it is perfect. I just saw it for the first time yesterday. Austin Tarleton gave me all the information so I could provide it to my uncle. After having a horrible experience with another manufacturer, Titan was able to give them exactly what they were looking for without being pushy or trying to "sell" them anything. My fiance and I will for sure be looking to Titan for our home in the future and we only want to work with Austin.
Professional is the only word to describe the guys over at Titan factory Direct in Georgetown!
Well everything was great until we actually got the house. Communication skills where faulty thru the entire company. The houses on the lots are done up WAY nicer then the product you will receive. Make sure you are very clear on what you want. We had three selling points to buying one of these homes and didn’t get a SINGLE item we asked for. When we asked why we got told “oh well y’all didn’t choose that model”. No but the sells man knew we wanted these items and for our unit to be just like the “mardi gra”. Every finish sc... read more
