I bought a Champion Home based on the recommendation of Titan, however my after the sale experience has been a disappointment. It has taken over four months to get basic repairs that should have been resolved at the time of delivery or even within a month. I recommend visiting the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Manufacturing Division for information and rights to purchasing manufactured housing and also to file any complaints with problems with any manufacturer concerns including warranties. In February, my family purchased a Champion Manufactured home from Titian Factory Direct in Georgetown, TX. We were told that it was a quality home, and they were proud to carry the brand. Well this rain had proved otherwise. Twice now ALL of my windows have leaked as well as the vent over my stove and twice we have called and reported the situation. NOTHING has been done.
