Joey @ Titan Factory Homes was great to work with he made the process of buying a home go smoothly from start to finish!
They make alot of great sounding promises in the beginning, but if you decide to back out of your contract, you have to fight tooth and nail for your deposit back. There word is that youll have it back no later than 10 business days, its been much longer for us and STILL no return, but they say next Friday at the latest... every Friday..
Talked about purchasing a home from sales man Eric. They will do everything. Put it in their hands. So I had a home special ordered. Three months later, still waiting to hear on my house. Eric’s gone and mike takes over. He doesn’t know a thing about my house. Lots of problems from there on out. I had to do most of the work on getting it set up. Took a month from the time it was delivered to where I could move in. I was promised a gift card and reimbursement on setting up utilities. One year later, I’m still waiting.
Very irresponsible, they don’t meet their deadlines, are very good at selling and telling you that they’re the #1 company in everything, but their responsibility Sucks, I Don’t recommend them, not even to my worst enemy
We had been working with Austin at titan for the last month looking for our forever home. he was helpful with all my questions. We had gone to look at a couple models today and were pawned on to another salesman. I felt belittled and not important at all. he didn't pay attention to any of my needs and was pressing to run my credit. Oh they are good at sell you a home. The problem is after they sell you the home and they get paid they are done. I bought a home back in August 22 2017 and still waiting on the red carpet roll out repairs to get done. Well now its a matter on the builder CHAMPION HOMES to schedule out and do the repairs. They have sent out 4 different people to come do repairs so I thought and all for times all they did was make a list and of course they didn't have any of the Materials on them to do the repairs so they were not able to do... read more

HIgh Pressure, Does not deliver on promises and will tell you anything to sell you a home. Had many issues since we got our home. Stay as far away as possible. if I could do it all over again, I would have went somewhere else.
Talked to staff at titan and was straight up with him, I have bad credit but make good money. I live 2 hours away and told him I don't want to waist my time driving that far.
