I continue to be impressed with Titan. My first call to them was two years ago when we had a flea infestation. Their rep came out the same day I called, gave me a quote and came back the next day for treatment. We've also fought ants in the house every spring for years. We have been bug-less ever since. I called Titan to get rid of a groundhog in my backyard. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to give me an estimate. They set a trap at about 4 on a Monday. When I woke up Tueday, the critter was in the trap. I called Titan and they came by noon to remove the trap. Everyone I talked with from my initial call to estimator and technicians was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they do not kill the wildlife they trap. I would definitely use the company again should the need arise.
