We were hesitant, but **** arrived on time for the consultation, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable in addition to being professional, respectful, and patient with us. First night I've slept without being bitten in months.! Would hire them again in a heartbeat for all our needs.

we signed up for service in April 2025. We were not happy with the service and requested the service be cancelled on June 9, 2025. We called and left voice-mails as we could not get anyone to answer the phone. After noticing some unusual dust near a window sill, we sought professional confirmation to ensure there was no termite activity. (Turns out the "dust" was from a kid who visisted our house and sought to dig their fingers into our hundred year old window sill, causing small pieces of wood to accumulate on the sill.) This person called our company in June of this year to get an estimate for termites. We went out for the estimate and ended up not sending a quote. We have not heard from this person since June until they left a review on ****** earlier this month and tried to leave a complaint with the BBB. We did not quote work for this person or do any work for them. They called us for a problem they were having, from the review they left on our ****** page they got that problem solve with another company. We are unsure why now in October... read more
Waste of money, they con you into a full year of service.
I requested a trap to catch and release a ground hog. I paid for the trap for one week Friday to Friday. They picked up the trap on Thursday and wont refund my money for the day that I paid for as well as trapping and releasing the animal. They also apparently had no communication with their employee who delivered the trap because they sent me a text saying when they would be out to set the trap. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately per our explanation of the service, you rented a trap for 1 service week of 5 days, not 1 regular week. Per your agreement, weekends the trap is to be closed because our office is closed. We also let you know verbally and on the agreement that we cannot guarantee an animal to go into the set trap.
