We were hesitant, but **** arrived on time for the consultation, answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable in addition to being professional, respectful, and patient with us. First night I've slept without being bitten in months.! Would hire them again in a heartbeat for all our needs.

Complete scam! They have you pay a huge up front amount and then tell you to pay each month for one year. I tried to call to let them know I had another problem with a critter and they were going to charge me more up front and add more each month. It's a complete money grab. When I was told my contract was up, I told them I was cancelling and they came for the last visit. I was STILL CHARGED the next month!!! We had a disastrous experience with Titan. Unprofessional technician (who ate Halloween candy that was on our counter, during the visit), conflicting contract terms (depending on who you spoke to), dishonesty, inability to reach an owner or company manager (despite trying email, text, telephone, and online form), being told that a callback would come (which never did), appointments being made without our consultation or agreement. we signed up for service in April 2025. We were not happy with the service and requested the service be cancelled on June 9, 2025. We called and left voice-mails as we could not get anyone to answer the phone. After multiple phone calls, we finally reached human being who said that a "manager" had to approve the service cancellation. What!? And, of course, there was no manger in the office.
