Waste of money, they con you into a full year of service.
I requested a trap to catch and release a ground hog. I paid for the trap for one week Friday to Friday. They picked up the trap on Thursday and wont refund my money for the day that I paid for as well as trapping and releasing the animal. They also apparently had no communication with their employee who delivered the trap because they sent me a text saying when they would be out to set the trap. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately per our explanation of the service, you rented a trap for 1 service week of 5 days, not 1 regular week. Per your agreement, weekends the trap is to be closed because our office is closed. We also let you know verbally and on the agreement that we cannot guarantee an animal to go into the set trap.
