Fast and friendly service.
I had pain in my leg from an infection that was getting worse. TLC's reception was very cordial. I knew that I made the right choice when I arrived. I was placed in a room right away. When the doctor came in, he listened carefully, examined, and then explained very well what he thought was going on. Treatment began quickly. The next shift was even more courteous and professional. I left TLC with the swelling and pain in my leg considerably down. I had awesome care, great staff interaction, and clear followup instructions.

Best ER experience I have had in yrs. Staff was very compassionate and professional. Wait was less than expected. Usually wait 2 to 4 hrs sometimes 8 at other hospital ER's. Even though the drive was 20 miles, it was worth my time. CDC recommended your ER and I am glad I took that recommendation.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was clean, up to date and well designed. I went in for a fish hook extraction which was in my leg for three days because I was trying to remove it my self.
