I had had an ear ache for several days. The evening prior to my visit it had become extremely painful. After trying to sleep for most of the night, I went to TLC at about 4am. I was seen first by a young woman I assume was a nurse. She took my medical information, vital signs, & looked at my ear, then a doctor came in & looked at it. He told me specifically what was wrong & wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic & ear drops. I went from there to a pharmacy down the block & was home by 5:15am. Friendly, compassionate, and understanding staff. They go that extra mile to make you feel like you are their only patient in the world.
Luckily it was not busy when I arrived. I was taken back almost immediately. Staff was very nice and professional. They were able to do the scans I needed to diagnose my issue, and give me the treatment and care to get me back home.

The entire staff, receptionist, RN’s and doctors, were excellent. Very short wait before I was seen. Excellent on-site equipment to diagnose my issues, very attentive. Overall my experience was good!
