My experience was great minus the wait time to be seen. I understand it was busy and maybe understaffed. Other than that, they took great care of me and had great customer service skills.
Everyone had tons of knowledge in trying to figure out my health issues.
Loved the beside manner of staff.. helped me relax and feel less stressed
The wait was ok compared to going to ER hospital. Once in the waiting room, went by pretty quick, nurse took my vital signs and nose swipe. Within minutes Dr. D Wagner walks in and examines me gives me diagnosis and prescriptions and off I go. Thanks Dr. Wagner you were great, you listened and gave me a few tips on how to get better quick. I would recommend TLC Complete Care to visit
The nurses where so sweet even though they where super busy , they had to call in doctor Wagner to come help and he showed up in 15 mins and he was also so nice and explained everything!!!! I always come here for all my emergencies needs !!! Definitely recommend them !
I was cared for with respect and kindness. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The nurses and doctor were wonderful and caring.
