The coordinating staff along with Dr. Nelson and Dr. Prints make the whole day of the LASIK procedure completely smooth. I am so proud of my new eyes, and even as I type this, Dr. Nelson texted me to check in on my status. Now that is customer care.
I had a great experience here. Of course I was nervous about the actual procedure but everyone was calm and talked me through it and I loved all the details they gave about everything they were doing. Recovery time was super easy and I had no issues or discomfort. This whole process has basically been a breeze and I’m so glad I went through with it. Staff are professional, calming, and thorough in their explanation of the process. Very happy with my decision to go here for LASIK!

Dr Koenig performed my lasik procedure at the Brookfield TLC Laser center and the staff there was amazing. The tech inside the surgery room talked me through every single thing that was happening which really helped me relax. The entire experience there was great!
The whole process was pretty easy! The free consultation was easy to schedule. Dr. Nelson was incredibly calming and answered all of my questions. He made it a lot easier and his attitude helped me take the step to actually do the procedure. I like that Dr Probst introduced himself before the procedure.
