Five Stars Just right as a replacement
Four Stars We have been very pleased with the toner. Having color toner cartridges makes our color printing more affordability.
Three Stars Quality is good but it doesn't last for too long.
The Brother toner cartridges work better than generic The drum unit is fine. Just don't try "compatible" items. Stick with Brother equipment.

the machine runs sounding like it is going to print an additional page Just a repeat of other reviews. After print, the machine runs sounding like it is going to print an additional page. Annoying but livable. Built in extensions are not long enought to catch printed or scanned paper. Again a minor thing. Frankly I hate the print an envelope process. Canon spoiled me with a simply simply move the paper width holders to the width of the envelope and print. And being in a small office the printer is located against the wall. S... read more
