Cartridge leaked The cartirdge leaked and distroted everything that printed. Cartridge being returned!
Cartridge was defective Bought cartridge as a backup and didnt get to it till 5 months later and as soon as I put it in there were flaws on all my pages. After a customer service call to Brother they confirmed it was defective.
Leaked! No even halfway through the toner started leaking everywhere so had to replace it with a new toner. Waste of money. This is more common than you think and you're not able to return the toner. We run a small business and have 4 printers/copiers so we go through a lot of toner and always keep one of everything on hand so we don't run out last min. This means we buy a new toner when we replace a cartridge aka months ahead of time, so by the time we know there's a problem it's too late to return.
Spilled Toner everywhere This cartridge spilled toner all over the printer - no warranty or way to return...very disappointing for the brother genuine brand.
I opened the box today and it contained two recycled ... I opened the box today and it contained two recycled toners rather than two new ones. The box had packing tape on it that I had to cut to open.
I used the yellow cartridge to print just one document ... I used the yellow cartridge to print just one document with only a small amount of color and it is showing EMPTY. The entire Brother printer will not work if one cartridge is empty. I have no back up because I would never imagine only one print from a cartridge. I wish that I could return the product, but the window is expired. I order in advance so that I'm prepared. NEVER ORDER THIS PRODUCT.
I ordered a number of these at the beginning of ... I ordered a number of these at the beginning of the year, and I just put one into my printer and it is a Dud. The printer is saying that it is out of ink and I just put it into the printer!! I am outside of the window to return it, so I am stuck with a print cartridge that does not work.
Bought April 12. The moment I put in printer ... Bought April 12 . The moment I put in printer. It shows low toner. 6/17 officially stopped working. Passed return window. Totally haven’t print 200 pages. Fake product. Don’t buy.
very disappointed. installed a week or so ago and the toner low message never went away. now printer will not work until this new cartridge is replaced. very disappointed.
