Several months ago my home office printer started telling me low ink, but I kept using it because I had always heard they force you to change it too soon. Talked to Brother and they said my drum is probably bad. I asked how its so coincidental that the clunking noise started as soon as I put in the toner and they had no answer but for me to buy a new drum. 1.0 out of 5 stars NO HELP FROM BROTHER!! Purchased this new Brother cartridge for my Brother HL-L2325DW. This is the first cartridge that has been replaced since buying the printer and using the starter. Printer continues to say no cartridge. Called the brother help number and they are saying it is probably not a true brother cartridge. Now I have a $100 printer and $80 printer cartridge that does not work.
