Misleading Cartridge didn't print. It was covered with ink and looked different than another TN-730 cartridge. Tape on the box was misleading. Am sick, so it's hard to thoroughly investigate and return. Word has been circulating about misleading products--hmmm. It's clear that seller does not care about this customer.

It only worked for 70 pages and laser ink cartridge is not working! THis is such a horrible experience. I paid expensive cartridge and it only prints about 70 pages. Something wrong with this quality ink.

VERY DISAPPOINTING Bought a new Brother HL-L2350DW printer. Description said first toner would last 1300 copies. Didn't get even one ream (500 copies) from it. Ordered this "High Capacity" toner. Toner was almost empty when received. Getting "No Toner" messages. Thinking the printer was at fault, I called tried to contact Brother's tech support at around 11:00 am on a Tuesday. Mafia Shakedown Brother forced me to pay for this ridiculously overpriced replacement cartridge by maliciously making their printer incompatible with third party aftermarket alternatives. They should be criminally investigated for price-fixing and market manipulation.
disaster I bought two of these a couple of weeks apart.... completely EMPTY OF INK- COMPLETELY!!!!!!! I would rate this lower than zero if possible. Placing a bet that the almighty amzn will delete this review too, just like the bilyygates review on his wacko book i did wrote. sickening
So disappointed! I just bought this a month ago and have to replace it already. I haven't even printed 1500 pages yet!
Half the prints it advertises as No printing issues with this genuine brand, printed great and clear. Only issue and its a major rip off when advertising 3,000 prints, but it only does half. At 1400 prints it said low toner. A good shake got us another 200 pages, but then gave up. Might as well buy cheaper toner that lasts the same amount of prints.
