You'll know right away you've made the right choice when you pick Todd. Was working with another lender and he was dragging his feet as my deadline to complete the mortgage or face 20K in losses quickly approached. Near the 30 day to deadline range, I reached out to Todd. He evaluated things quickly and said, "you know what I think we can get this done." Todd was there for us every time we had a question regarding what payments would be, etc, which was quite often. I recommend him to everybody interested in buying a home!
Todd was an amazing loan officer. When ever I had any questions or concerns, I would text or call Todd and always received a response pretty quick. I was VERY happy having Todd as my loan officer. I purchased a shortsale with a FHA loan. We had to close within 30 days after the shortsale was approved. Todd made that happen. I am VERY grateful having him as my loan officer.
