Todd was very helpful and understanding with my very limited availability. being a single parent and working a full time job limited my time and I continued to forget about things he had asked me for, but it did not stop him from helping me close on time
Todd is the type of lender that goes beyond what you'd expect from a lender. He was always keeping me up to date on what documents I needed. He would let me call him whenever I had a question. Even after work hours were done, Todd was willing to help. Once you have your mortgage Todd will still be there to offer assistance.
Todd helped me complete my loan when the bank couldn't. Was extremely fast with a quick turnaround after my issues with the bank. Would recommend/use again.

As you know, getting a mortgage can be a lengthy process. There are also a lot of questions and scenarios that may need to be explained. Todd was extremely helpful the entire time.
