Todd was great to work with at every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and he took the time to talk me through my options and was always patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. When we finally put an offer on a place, he went above and beyond by doing things like putting together a spreadsheet that compared my various options. Not only were we able to close a little bit earlier than scheduled, but Todd also attended our closing and was extremely helpful in answering questions.
