Tom was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable, answered all of our refinance questions and helped us pick the best loan for our family. We were able to do everything online and even had a mobile notary come to our house to sign the final documents. We'd definitely recommend Tom and will use him again for our next mortgage transaction.

Tom understood what I needed, provided me options for me to consider, and after I decided to move forward with an option, he stayed in contact with me every step of the way. He did not hand me off to a Loan Officer, but instead stayed as my point of contact. I appreciated that, because I really dislike being handed off to someone else.
