Tom helped us through a period of 10 months until we found our dream home. He was amazing to deal with. He has lots of energy and a the great team around him assisted us in the different stages of our house purchase. His fees are much lower than the competition, his rates are among the lowest and his service is amazing. We went through about ten offers until we found the ONE and he was there for us every time. This was my 3rd opportunity to work with Tom. I was so impressed with both he and his team of Lori Ritz, Scott Brown and Michelle Hepler. Their organization and follow up was both timely and accurate.....even after so called "normal" working hours. Their use of technology and electronic forms made the process so much easier than I've ever experienced before. I typically do not write reviews, but feel compelled to do so. I am an attorney and I have worked with Tom for over twenty years. In addition, to having used Tom on all my personal loans, I have referred my clients to him to obtain financing for their purchasers. I've been refinancing with Tom Lavallee for nearly 15 years, and expect to do so again often. He is without a doubt the top pro in the field. This year we purchased a new home and secured our mortgage through Tom at Guaranteed Rate. Again, the experience was excellent, and we felt like we had an entire team of professionals behind us.
I've refinanced with Tom a half dozen times and he's made each one quick and easy. He's a pro at mortgage financing and at customer service. Even when calling for advice before commiting to a refinance, he was fast to respond and accurate with his advice.
Tom and team made the finance portion of my home purchase so easy. The process was simple and straight forward. Even though I never met anyone in person, I still felt like there was a personal touch to our conversations.
