Been doing mortagages with Tom Lavelee for longer than I can remember. The reason I always use Tom is because its never a hassle. He picks up the phone and we start closing. He's fast and efficient.

Tom handled my first loan in 1996 and my second in 2001. He never failed to alert me when a re-fi was advantageous for me. He takes care of everything and is always available to answer questions or concerns. I have recommended him to many friends and have never heard a negative comment from any of them about the service they received.

Tom Lavallee and team were great. Jenny was a pleasure to work with as was the whole team. I would definitely refer my friends and family. Tom's no cost refinance is the way to go. There are no closing costs so no money out of my pocket. Can't beat it.

We have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lavallee and his highly efficient staff on a recent purchase transaction. I am overwhelmed with the whole process. Aside from the utmost professionalism I got from start to finish, I did not expect to be able to close so soon. It took 2 weeks from taking my application over the phone to actual closing. We were able to move just in time. I have all praises for Guaranteed Rate, Mr. Lavallee and his processing team. I will defintiely use them again in the future.
