It was a pleasure to work with Tom and his entire team. Every phase of the process from pre-approval to my final loan documents was detailed, professional yet pain-free. This was my first home purchase and I had heard horror stories about the mortgage process, mine was the reverse. Tom communicated with me frequently during the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend Tom to anyone needing a mortgage.

Tom and his team were very helpful refinancing my construction loan into a jumbo mortgage. The process dragged on due to building circumstances out of our control, but they were able to stretch the terms to make sure we could close with the promised rates even though we were outside the original timeframe. Lori, Scott and Lynne (his closing team) were on top of things and a great help as well.

I have used Tom's services twice now. The first time was for a refinance about five years ago. And most recently, he helped me with the financing on my new house. In both instances, Tom worked diligently to help me through the loan application process. I do not know how he does it, but any time I call him, he answers the phone. We have worked with Tom for over 20 years. He has done seven new mortgages and a few refinancing transactions for us. Things have always been seamless, as he is very proactive. This became more evident during our most recent new purchase. Our buyer's mortgage company was slow, unresponsive and disruptive to the whole process. Conversely, Tom and his staff had everything ready on our end very early on. I highly reccomend his services.

Tom made the refinance of my house extremely easy. Was easy to get a hold of if I had questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Basically did all the work, all I had to do was call him.
