Tom was about as hands-on and responsive as could be imagined. Refinancing involves the gathering of a lot of financial data, but under Tom's guidance, the process went very smoothly and methodically (and was pretty easy, overall), and Tom was always there to answer questions. He would check in regularly to make sure that all was going well. I even teased him about a very late-night e-mail, asking him if he ever slept, and he responded "never!" Judging from the excellent service he provided, this may be true.

I just wanted to say that this was the easiest refinancing ever. I had to spend only about 40 minutes total in the whole process. The digital entry of documents is great and the team is fantastic. Communication was wonderful. I appreciate the team and whole operation. Highly recommended. Thanks again for everything.
