Several years ago we purchased our first home with Tom helping out with the mortgage. Since that time Tom has stayed in touch and let us know when rates have dropped. I had done about 10 purchases or refinancing over the years. Tom and his team was able to close my refinancing in about three weeks. That is the fastest and easiest closing I ever had. I was able to get a good interest rate as well. Overall great experience.
