Tom Lavallee and team are totally client focused with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and service delivery. He is always proactive in helping me manage the lending element of my properties, often highlighting when the rate environment is ideal for me to make adjustments of refinance existing mortgages. He is always willing to evaluate and seek out different options regarding my mortgages - rate, loan maturity, etc. which allows me to manage these loans most effectively.

We have both purchased homes and refinanced with Tom. He and his team are incredibly at communicating and being very clear with requests. Everything except for the final signing can be done online. He even sent someone to us for a refinance closing when we were on vacation in order to lock in a rate before it went up! Will absolutely use again and recommend to others.

You only need to call one person and that would be Tom. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Tom was helpful, responsive, and very quick. We got the best rate from Tom.

I’m pretty sure Tom never sleeps because he was available anytime and was very quick to answer any questions we had involving the home-buying process. He made the process as stress-free as it can possibly be.

Tom worked hard to get our paperwork done quickly! We sold our house fast and had to find another house quickly. I would refer him to everyone I know who is moving. This is the second time I had Tom help me buy a house and he made the entire process so easy! His team was also very helpful throughout the process and their communication was great.
