Tony and his team were extremely helpful in navigating through the lending process during these times with COVID-19. Communication throughout the process was very quick, and they explained through the market conditions and helped us get through the loan process for our family. My wife and I just closed on our new house and we couldn't be any more pleased with the job Tony and CLS did for us. As first time buyers, we had a TON of questions and Tony was not only informative and helpful, but very patient throughout the entire process. There are no words to describe how terrific our experience was with Tony during the grueling process of buying a home. Though he was juggling balls simultaneously for numerous clients, he still makes you feel like you are his only priority. My experience was virtually seamless from the first contact, through pre-qualification, docs, and close. All inquiries (and there weren't many because the process was well laid out) were answered promptly. This was my 7th time either purchasing or refinancing a home and this was the smoothest transaction of them all. And I got a killer rate!!!
